In 1987-1992, I studied art education at Parsons and The New School, through a partnership with the Bank Street College of Education.
Currently I’m taking classes towards a science certification.
I’m a versatile, flexible, and innovative teacher. So far, I’ve been a lead teacher for a total of 4 years and a few months, which included 1 year teaching middle school art, 3 months as a full-time sub for 3rd grade, 1 year as a HS science teacher, and 2 years as a humanities teacher (which included social studies, reading, writing and art).
